Product Details
Originally grown in Oklahoma, this outstanding ‘Lavender Falls’ Wisteria floribunda variety has blue-violet, 9–20″ cascading racemes that have the scent of grape jelly. The really exciting part is that they reappear several times during the summer. A staff favorite. ‘Betty Tam’ PP 19,655
Wisteria is a genus of deciduous vines whose lovely, fragrant flowers and almost overwhelming vigor make them useful in a wide variety of settings. Plants grow rapidly to 30′ and completely bury any structure they are allowed to annex. This rampant growth is easily controlled (and flowering is encouraged) by regular pruning. Plants thrive in full sun (or partial shade in the South) and average soil.
