Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by a Return Authorization Number

Return Process

2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging
4. Mail the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges
