We are delighted to ship our products globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    Flat rate shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: To protect the health and safety of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • All live plants (e.g., 5-Star Foliage Houseplants, Agastache, Amaryllis, Aquilegia, Asclepias, Aster, Astilbe, Ball-Form Dahlias, etc.)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., bird seed, organic products)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., custom wreaths and gifts)
  • Items marked as “final sale”

All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Get Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Please repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  4. Ship the Item: Mail the package to the address provided in your authorization email. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
