Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of our products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Live plants (including 5-Star Foliage Houseplants, Agastache, Amaryllis, Aquilegia, Asclepias, Aster, Astilbe, Ball-Form Dahlias, and all other live plants)
  • Perishable goods (including bird seed and any organic products)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (including wreaths and gifts that have been customized)
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for authorization. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product).

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Information

If you’re requesting an exchange:
