The structured lines of this octagonally shaped vessel are a terrific counterpoint to the soft forms of flowers and foliage. Fill this generously sized vessel with annuals, and include some varieties that spill over the edge. The pot has the look of heavy cement, but it’s crafted from lightweight lavastone, a durable, weather-resistant compound created from volcanic ash. The result is a container that’s both attractive and easily portable. The neutral color flatters a wide range of plantings.
