Created for us by two Connecticut artisans—one a horticulturist, the other a designer—it features a unique blend of fresh and preserved botanicals in a palette of warm autumnal colors. The Grapevine base is adorned with a crescent of fresh Magnolia leaves featuring rich, chestnut-brown undersides; seeded stems of sage-colored Eucalyptus; the preserved, deep green foliage of Juniper and Cedar; naturally preserved Canella berries; and delightful Cedar rose cones. The fresh elements will dry naturally as the wreath ages, expect some variability. A handmade fringe bow in tawny chiffon-silk adds an appealingly bohemian finish.
